In addition to helping produce events, I have a side hustle as a Small Business Consultant and Digital Business Manager.

I help discover, implement, and train clients on how to use SaaS apps: email clients, payment processors, email management, scheduling and reservation programs, social media management, file/document management, etc... to grow their business and better serve their customers.

Additionally I provide digital business management services including but not limited to:

Creation and management of custom websites for clients
Project management: rebranding, brand identity development, product launches, events, etc...
Customer communication (specially email customer service)
Content creation and management (newsletters, social media, website content)
